Shoshannah McKinney, M.A. Huntington University (Indiana) Institute for TESOL Studies Director

Shoshannah McKinney is the Director of the Institute for TESOL Studies at Huntington University in Huntington, Indiana. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Education In TESOL from Anaheim University. She received her MA in TESOL from Azusa Pacific University in 2008. She taught English at Liaocheng University in Liaocheng, Shandong, China for four years. She then returned to the U.S. teach ESL at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. Shoshannah returned to her undergraduate alma mater, Huntington University, to assist in international teacher training and teach certification courses for the Institute for TESOL Studies in 2010. Since that time she has helped to establish a master’s degree in TESOL, found and coordinate the university’s Intensive English Program, establish and run an annual summer intensive TEFL certification course, and now manages all Institute for TESOL Studies courses, programs, and international teacher training as its director.
